The girls had their last day of school on Friday. I can't believe my sweet Madi has finished Kindergarten and will be heading off for first grade in just a couple of months. Mackenzie finished up grade four and made the Worth Ethic and Principals List. We are so proud of her. And come Fall Miss Miah too will head off to Preschool. This year sure has passed quickly.
We had our first visitors of the Summer. My long time friend from Arizona came up with her five year old twins. We braved the cool temperatures and headed out to the beach. The kids had fun looking for clues to prove the Ogopogo's existence. They came home with a bucket full of green scales (leaves) and other scientific proof!
Brrrrrr....I barely could stand to get my toes wet! This girl is crazy!
Looks like fun Kim! Our kids aren't done until Tuesday... I am so ready to hit the beach!
ReplyDeleteSoooo glad you weathered the cooler temps, so fun! I remember as a child LOVING the water--no mater the temperature! And the Lake was the best place to swim and explore!
